Bruce began operations in Hendersonville, TN in 2013 after a successful career as a business consultant. With his main client, a large franchising organization, he worked with businesses throughout the Eastern United States, helping them become successful and achieve their goals.

His experience has helped him develop a deep understanding of both the importance of customer service, and the value of client feedback to improve business.
